Right of return and withdrawal

Our ultimate goal is that you are satisfied with your order. In order to achieve this, we strive especially.

This policy does not restrict your statutory revocation rights or rights that you may have in relation to false, damaged or defective goods!

Return & Refund Requests 

Please request a return or refund immediately. You must request the return or refund within 30 days of delivery. If an item is not delivered for any reason, request the refund within 30 days of the last expected delivery date. We are not obliged to check a request made outside 30 days from the date of delivery or the last expected date of arrival.

I thought about it differently

You can cancel an order within 8 hours of the time you placed it.

You can withdraw from a purchase at any time between the time of purchase and 14 days after receipt of the product. If purchased items have been shipped before we receive a cancellation, you are responsible for the return costs.

I have received an incorrect product

If you have received an item that is damaged, does not have the size or color you ordered, or does not correspond appropriately to the presentation, you are entitled to a refund. We can request evidence of the situation - usually two photos suffice. You can return all items except excluded items within 14 days of receiving the item. Excluded products are marked as such on the sales page.

My order never arrived 

If you have not received an item you ordered, you are entitled to a refund. By ordering from us, you agree that delivery of your order can take up to 60 days in a few exceptional cases. As a rule, you will receive your order within two to four weeks. Please contact us within 60 days of your order at the latest.

Return and refund requests please send by e-mail or letter

Once we have agreed to the cancellation, return or revocation and in certain cases have confirmed the return of the item, the purchase amount will be refunded. This is done on the way to your original payment method. We pay the shipping costs from the manufacturer to you, you are responsible for the return costs.

However, we reserve the right to refuse any reimbursement if in good faith an abuse of this directive or violations are suspected.

This policy can be updated from time to time and is valid in its current form. This Policy, including the condition to contact us within 30 days of receipt or expected delivery date, does not limit the legal warranty or revocation rights you may have. We grant these refund and return options at our sole discretion, regardless of the rights you have with a merchant.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell us, M. Böhme, Marlene | Berlin, Sertoriusring 315, 55126 Mainz, e-mail: marlene-berlin@mail.de inform you of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
